Translucent natural genuine raw amethyst stone chunk with a polished front and back. Bottom edge is jagged and natural. Sides and top edge has been coated with polished silver plating. Chain is silver plated brass and fine with matching clasp. Stone itself can be the deepest purple at the bottom fading up to a lighter purple or clear and then a touch of light browns/greens mixed in closer to the top. Both sides of EXAMPLE pendant are shown in photos- please view them all to get a feel for what your pendant may appear in various lighting. When light can pass through the amethyst, it looks much lighter in color than when flat up against a solid surface- SEE ALL PHOTOS. "Cracks" and inclusions, etc are intentional and part of the charm of this piece.
