These bees are hollow-backed and made of solid raw brass. They have really great 3-dimensional detail, right down to the veining on their wings. And sturdy too, despite their delicate look. Ear wires are simple little delicate gold-plated brass hooks in a high-polished shiny finish. Now available with upgraded 14K SOLID GOLD or 14K gold filled hooks.

I will include tiny clear rubber ear stoppers for the backs of your earrings, so that you can wear your earrings without fear they'll ever fall out!

Size: Entire length of earring from where inserted into piercing is a little over 3/4 inch {22mm}. The widest point of each bee measures approx 5/8 inch {17mm}. Please note- my "model in photo #5 has very petite, smaller than average ears and it is likely these earrings may appear even smaller on your own ears... double check these measurements for your own ears.

These little bees are raw brass that I have shined up with a jeweler's polishing cloth. They will darken naturally over time with wear as all raw brass does. It can be quickly polished back to its original shine at any time with any jewelry polishing cloth marked safe for brass (be sure to polish bees only, not the hooks, as they are not raw brass).

This jewelry is handmade and delicate. Please do not wear while sleeping, swimming, bathing, exercising, rough play with kids/pets, etc. Clean by polishing with a soft dry cloth after each use. To keep your Constant Baubling jewelry looking its best, avoid contact with any moisture, liquids, oils, perfumes, lotions, hairsprays, etc. and store in a dry cool environment. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in damage, discoloration or tarnish. See above additional info regarding raw brass care.
